Background
KUR is an authentic women’s ready-to-wear brand launched by Kasuni Rathnasuriya in 2009. KUR expresses the sense of freedom and serenity. Since inception, KUR has been an icon of handmade craft with finer detail for the contemporary woman with an aspiration for a hallmark product.

Constraints
KUR was seeking to debut their line at AMCONYC F|W 2016 to gain social exposure and brand awareness, as well as broadening their exposure by securing press placements.
Solution
KUR approached AMCONYC to produce their NYFW F|W 2016 Collection. AMCONYC cast models, created and executed makeup looks, and styled the show. In addition, AMCONYC promoted KUR's show via social media and email marketing.
